All returned items will be subjected to a 15% restock charge. We will gladly exchange stock items at no restock charge. Additional shipping charges will apply. All refunds/exchanges are subject to approval of management. Notification must be made via email to sales@partyfeathers.com within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
